Foreher, a Pensacola Breast Cancer Awareness non-profit organization serving Pensacola, was created to provide an environment for women to discuss their experiences, their fears, their concerns, and their needs while Fore Her offers resources.

Breast cancer is caused by uncontrolled breast cell division and growth. Slow growth is common in breast cancers. Up to 10 years may pass before a lump becomes large enough to be felt. Some tumors proliferate aggressively and quickly. Most breast cancers begin in the milk ducts, 10% in the lobules, and a small number in other breast tissues.
 
Women can be affected by breast cancer which is one of the most common cancers. The American Cancer Society estimates that breast cancer accounts for nearly one in three cancer diagnoses among women in the US. As a result, a large number of groups supporting breast cancer awareness, research, and advocacy have developed over time.

 

Pensacola Breast Cancer Patients

 Everyone affected by breast cancer can turn to Fore Her for support, motivation, understanding, and information. Our Pensacola Breast Cancer Awareness nonprofit's goal is to end breast cancer via action, research, and education. It should never be necessary for anyone undergoing treatment for breast cancer to choose between paying for their living expenses and their care. Sadly, they must make difficult decisions due to the high cost of therapy and the resulting loss of income. It can be catastrophic on both a financial and medical level. 
 
We are a Pensacola Breast Cancer Awareness nonprofit organization that supports the community of Pensacola by giving advice, consolation, and financial assistance to anyone who has heard someone in a white coat say, "You may have breast cancer." We focus on the person and not just the ailment.
 
Our foundation is supported through individual gifts and fundraising initiatives. With the help of your donation, a breast cancer patient in need will be able to live a better life. Our Pensacola Breast Cancer Awareness group is open to everyone affected by breast cancer.
